VALENTINE’S DAY 2021 – Our Favourite Restaurants Doing At-home Meal Kits (Part 2)

Valentine’s Day, at least here in the UK, is going to be very different this year! With all the bars and restaurants closed for this annual day of love, we are going to need to be a little more creative with how we celebrate – whether that be having a virtual date with your Valentine/ Palentine/ Galentine, spending it with the people you least expected to, or you might be lucky enough to be living with your SO – whoever or whatever it may be, we are very lucky in that some of our favourite restaurants are offering at-home meal kits with nationwide delivery! So we can have that yummy meal after all! I’ve rounded up some of my favourites (again, be prepared for a lot of pizza and burgers – sorry!)

NC500 Adventure – Day 3

There are so many suggested places already on the North Coast 500 route of the Scottish Highlands, but we topped of our road trip bucket list with so many extra off the beaten track activities, in addition to the classics – courtesy of a wonderful book called ‘Wild Guide.Scotland‘. We also switched it up by following the route from East to West, typically going against the grain. Day 3 starts along the very tippy top of the Highlands
